For Customers Subscribed to Paid Plans
Due to the temporary suspension of Visa and Mastercard usage, if you have registered a Visa or Mastercard credit card as your payment method, next month’s payment cannot be processed. We kindly ask for your cooperation in registering another payment method.

■Payment with “TORA COIN”
①Please check if “Use TORA COIN for plan continuation payment” is enabled on the “Plan Continuation Payment Settings” page.
②Check your TORA COIN balance. If the balance is insufficient, click the “+” button to proceed with purchasing more TORA COIN.
■Payment via Convenience Store / Bank Transfer
①On the “Payment Methods” page, delete your current card information by clicking the “Delete” button.
②You can extend your membership on the “Participating Fan Clubs” page from the 10th of each month until the end of the month.
③If you do not complete the extension procedure by the end of the month within the valid period and it expires, it will transition to a grace period until 23:59 on the 7th of the following month after the last valid expiry date, during which you will need to manually complete the payment on the “Participating Fan Clubs” page. *Please note that if you use convenience store payment or bank transfer, it is common for the payment to exceed the valid period. You can also choose to pay for multiple months at once, so we would appreciate your consideration.
Attention to Expiry of Paid Plan
If your paid plan expires on the 1st of every month, your registration status will move to the payment grace period. Until 23:59 on the 7th, participating fan clubs will be temporarily transitioned to the free plan, and the change will become final if the expiration date is not renewed on the 8th.
During the grace period, you will not be able to view or purchase limited content on your previous paid plan.
Regarding the payment of the continuation fee for the plan you are currently enrolled in, you can proceed through the “participating fan club”.
By paying the plan fee during the grace period, you will be able to continue subscribing to the paid plan and continue to enjoy exclusive content.
*When paying by “convenience store payment” or “bank transfer”, if you enter the wrong subscription period when selecting a continuation subscription, you will not be able to cancel it manually and the payment grace period will have passed before it will be automatically canceled. Please be especially careful.
