Request for Account Information Update in Compliance with International Remittance Standards

Thank you for always using Fantia.

Starting November 2025, international remittance standards will be unified under the “ISO20022” as established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). As a result, additional required fields will be added to remittance account information.

Creators utilizing international remittance are requested to update their account information.

<Regarding the Change Grace Period>
You must complete the update before submitting a remittance application by October 25, 2025.

<Important Points>
– If your account information is not updated to include the required fields by the remittances dated November 10, 2025 (for remittance applications submitted by October 25, 2025), errors may occur at various banks, preventing successful transfers. In such cases, the funds may be returned, and a return fee of ¥880 will be charged. Please be cautious.

– The “Intermediary Bank” field is mandatory if you select “Use an intermediary bank?”

Changes in Account Information

As outlined below, the required fields will change. Please select “International” from here and provide the requested information under “Bank Transfer (ISO20022 Format).”

Once registered under Bank Transfer (ISO20022 Format), you will no longer be able to revert to the existing international bank transfer method. As a result, it will no longer be displayed on the screen (the option to select, refer to, or update the transfer method will disappear).
