Posting of live-action works in which the poster and performers are under the age of 18, and live-action works in which the performers have not consented to appear are prohibited.

If the fan club operator and the performer are not the same person, submitting a performance consent form and age verification documents of the performer will be necessary.
If a performer reports a problem, we will investigate the content and promptly take measures such as removing the relevant content or closing the fan club in accordance with our Terms of Use.

Additionally, Fantia is a creator support platform compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 Certifications.

Fantia handles various products, including digital content and products delivered to your home.
We take care of the payment for the products temporarily to avoid money problems such as “the product was not shipped” or “the shipped product has not been paid”.
